At first I thought this crossfit thing was kinda cool but the longer I think about it and the more ridiculous injuries I hear about the more I am thinking of starting some kinda of "anti-crossfit" revolution, you know kinda like crossfit but without all the incorrect movements and lifts. What really got me going was all the pregnant people doing the absolutely ridiculous kipping, spasm, convulsing "pullup" type movements, wtf are these things? They are bad enough for a fit person but they put a tremendous amount of strain on the midsection which is obviously something a sain person probably wouldnt want to do when pregnant. I am aware that crossfit cults will try to defend saying its perfectly fine which goes to show they are just as delusional as smokers.
