Stop being unhealthy on purpose, stop killing your children with food!
My #1 priority is MY health, if I'm not healthy how could I possibly take care if my family? I'm sure somebody is gonna throw a fit because I didn't put my kids as 1st priority but whatever, I have to take care of them NOT the other way around.
I hate to see "unhealthy on purpose" people forcing crap sugar filled foods down their kids throats. If you are a parent and your kid is overweight YOU are the problem "unless of course there is some medical disorder". It's seriously time for parent's to take responsibility in the fact that they are literally killing their children via shifty food. Kids are mean, do you want your kids to be made fun of because they are overweight? Do you want them made fun of because YOU are overweight? Obviously bullying is very wrong but if they get made fun of due to obesity YOU as the parent is the person at fault. You have 100% authority as to what your child eats, kids do NOT need McDonald's "just because they are kids" they don't need donuts "just because they are kids". Some junk every now and then won't make a child overweight but if your child is overweight you haven't been letting them have bad food "every now and then"
Thi's will obviously make people mad but I'm more concerned with children's lives being cut short than I am with somebody not liking what I write.
As a parent it's your responsibility to keep your kids as healthy as possible, if you feed them crap you aren't doing that, if they are overweight you aren't doing that and if YOU are overweight on purpose you aren't doing that. Kids look to us for what to do right? If we are always sitting what will they do? If we eat crap what will they do? If we smoke or drink what are they likely to do?
Start taking some responsibility, ithe would sure suck to die early and not see my kids grow up because I chose to be unhealthy on purpose and I would feel super guilty if my child had to deal with bullies because I chose to have them grow up unhealthy.
If this made you mad GOOD, go do something about it
